We choose each ingredient for what it adds: flavor, structure, and integrity: Organic oats for the base. Tahini and peanut butter for richness. A mix of roasted nuts for body. Chia seeds and puffed amaranth for light, clean crunch.

Baked just right to form clusters—crisp, not brittle. Held together, but never clumpy. Clusters that hold up in milk, break apart in yogurt, and stay interesting to the last bite. The goal is texture that lasts, and a flavor that unfolds—not a sugar rush, but a slow reveal.

We make this granola in small batches, the same way we roast our coffee: with focus, not shortcuts.
